Salad Dressing Hometown Number 1 Vinaigrette

Salad dressing should be used sparsely... just enough to coat the salad ingredients bringing balance to the overall mix of flavors.  Try starting salad by combining the desired amount of dressing with diced tomato followed by the rest of the ingredients.











Salad Dressing Hometown Number 1 Vinaigrette
 Ingredients
1/2 tsp. Fresh Garlic Cloves - minced
1-1/2 tsp. Hometown Number 1 Blended Seasoning
1 Tbs. Cider Vinegar
1/4 Cup Extra Virgin Olive Oil
1/4 Cup Salad Oil – of choice

Directions
1.     In a non reactive bowl place minced garlic, Hometown Number 1, vinegar, whisk to a combine.
2.    While whisking drizzle olive oil into mixture to combine.
3.    Store in a jar.  Mix well at time of use.
